  • BUDGET: There could be a lot of cheaper air conditioner available in your area. Having a less expensive amount be an attractive one to buy this. But, you have to make sure that it is worthy. They might sound cheaper to you but the maintenance fee and energy consumption for this could be higher that what you have expected. Choose the AC that will fit your budget. Don’t select the one that is too expensive and big. Remember to match your need to the other stuff that you have to put consideration on. If you are going to put in an office, of course the bigger one and with the highest horse power should be considered here.  
  • WHERE TO PUT IT: If you are living in an apartment, then you have to ask permission first if you could make a hole or add additional appliance. You want to make sure that everything will be put in the right place and no inconvenience in your part as well.  
  • WILL IT ACCUMMULATE TOO MUCH SPACE: If the apartment owner or landlord agreed with your request, then you could start estimating the total space that it could accommodate in your room. You have to plan where you can put and to the nearest outlet or electricity source.  
  • WHAT KIND OF AC DO YOU WANT: Of course, you can browse and look for some suggestions online. You can read some blogs as well about AC. In this way, it would give you so much knowledge on what to choose and at the same time about the specification of the one that you will be choosing.  
  • INSTALLATION FEE: You have to think about this one as well. As it is not included to the payment that you have paid for your appliance. The fee for this would depend to the unit and brand and of course how far is your house to the service center.  
  • VOLT OUTLETS IN THE ROOM: Be sure to match the voltage of your outlet to the air conditioner that you are planning to install. It will reduce and prevent form experience low voltage and short circuit.  
  • ENERGY SAVER: It is better to pick the one with an energy saving capability. It will help to lessen your electricity consumption. 
  • PORTABLE ONE: If you don’t like to make a hole or to pay for the service charge and installation pay, then you could have the portable type of aircon as you can bring this anywhere.
